BDA Report: Detroit in Context: Understanding Municipal Defaults and Bankruptcy

Nixon Peabody, LLP has issued a new report at BDA’s request for BDA members, entitled Detroit in Context: Understanding Municipal Defaults and Bankruptcy.  The report, available [here], provides an overview for BDA members regarding:
